PICK UP, DELIVERY, MOUNTING
All objects can be picked up by appointment in the showroom in Basel at Oetlingerstrasse 165 without shipping or delivery charges.
The dispatch takes place by post.
The goods will be delivered 2 - 3 working days after receipt of payment.
Within Switzerland we send objects insured with PostPac Priority Fragile.
We deliver goods from CHF 250 to your doorstep free of charge within the city of Basel.
Within Switzerland, AMSA Sélection or a third party named by them delivers objects purchased at an additional cost to the buyer. We can only deliver and ship abroad after consultation.
For new goods, the delivery dates can usually only be given without obligation, and the delivery date may change under certain circumstances. Delays in delivery do not entitle to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claims for damages of any kind. The expected delivery period is communicated when the purchase is made and is listed in the order confirmation. As a rule, it is based on the delivery period of the respective supplier.
Assemblies are carried out by the buyer himself or by the specialists commissioned by him.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
There is no right of return or exchange for used goods (vintage).
New goods can be returned to us in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Ordered new goods and reduced goods cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the goods are returned or exchanged as a gesture of goodwill, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid minus any transport costs and / or defects / damage that may reduce the value. Damage to lamps is also excluded from the warranty. All further claims are excluded. A handling fee of CHF 100 will be charged for every return.
