TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SCOPE
These general terms and conditions apply in the current version at the time a contract is concluded for all business relationships between AMSA Sélection and its customers. They form an integral and complementary component for all orders and purchases that are concluded in writing, online or in person.

 

DEALS
The range shown at amsa-selection.ch does not represent a legally binding offer. The presentation on the Internet is non-binding. If the customer places an order via the internet, e-mail, mobile phone or telephone, he makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The customer receives a confirmation that the order has been received. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer on the part of AMSA Sélection. AMSA Sélection reserves the right to reject the application without giving reasons. A legally binding purchase contract is only concluded when an order confirmation is sent by AMSA Sélection or when the goods / services are paid for. Decorative items shown in the pictures are not part of the offer, where not listed and mentioned by name. Accessories and decorative items are to be purchased separately. In addition, AMSA Sélection does not accept any liability for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information provided. This also applies to the availability, the location, the price and all information in connection with the information on the products offered such as design (s), manufacturer, time / era, color, dimensions, material, weight, condition, type of furniture, etc.

 

PRICES
All prices are net, will still be exempt from VAT in 2021 and plus any collection / delivery and installation costs. These are each offered individually.

 

PROPERTY
The goods remain the property of AMSA Sélection until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

VOUCHERS
Vouchers are only accepted for the amount shown on the voucher. The AMSA Sélection's internal documents, which provide information on whether the voucher amount has already been redeemed, are decisive for the validity of a voucher. Unless otherwise noted, vouchers have unlimited validity. If the value of the voucher falls below the value of the purchase, the difference is again given as the voucher value. A cash payment is not possible. Vouchers can be given as payment for all services and purchases at AMSA Sélection, whereby the execution of external work for voucher credit is excluded.

 

WARRANTY / GUARANTEE

The AMSA Sélection mainly deals in used goods and individual items. Therefore it is unfortunately not possible to meet the statutory warranty obligations. The legislator therefore allows any guarantee to be excluded. For purchases from AMSA Sélection, it is therefore agreed that any warranty, as far as possible by law, is excluded; in particular, cancellation and reduction are excluded. Otherwise the Swiss Code of Obligations applies. The buyer checks the goods for any defects immediately after purchase / receipt. Visible defects and signs of use are accepted as found. Defects that appear later, including hidden defects, are not a reason for a free repair or return.

 

COPYRIGHT
The copyright to our website and its content such as texts, images and graphics (non-exhaustive list) lies entirely with the AMSA Sélection. It is prohibited to copy, download or otherwise use parts of it for your own purposes without our prior written permission.

 

APPLICABLE LAW
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
