These simple alabaster spice jars keep herbs, spices and other treasures hidden and cool. The lid is a compact roundel made of the soft stone.
Designed by the Zurich label Volvox 'Salva', as this jar is called, is made in a craft workshop in Tuscany where alabaster has been found and processed for centuries.
