DESCRIPTION
A unique piece from a bygone era. The curved lines of the metal base combined with the woven structure of the surfaces are reminiscent of Art Nouveau elements and at the same time remind of African design. The two seats are connected and form a bench. A real trouvaille from the south of France, which according to reports, has traveled through the Rhine-Rhône Canal to the north.
ALSO IN THE PICTURE
Ecluse Kembs-Niffer in Alsace by Le Corbusier, 1962.
